Product Warranty Information

All AeroBed products carry a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase. The length of the limited warranty varies by product. 

The AeroBed warranty is non-transferable, and applies to the original purchase made from an Authorized Dealer of AeroBed products. Purchasers may confirm the status of Authorized Dealers by calling (888) 462-4468.

Three Years
LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY

Aero Products International, Inc. guarantees this product against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:  the pump and valve, three (3) years from the date of purchase and the mattress, one (1) year from the date of purchase.
 
We will repair or replace any product or part which may prove defective under conditions of normal use during the warranty period. In the event the specific product or part cannot be repaired or replaced, you shall receive a product of comparable value.

Two Years
LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY

Aero Products International, Inc. guarantees this product against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:  the pump and valve, two (2) years from the date of purchase and the mattress, one (1) year from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY REDEMPTION

Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. AeroBed dealers, authorized retailers or retail stores selling AeroBed products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty. Please refer to your product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.
